SECTION 10 OUTLINES BINDING DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURES AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER. PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS CAREFULLY.

01. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, browsing, or using the DreamCipher software application, the web interface hosted at panixircus.vectixore.com, or associated entertainment endpoints (collectively, the "Services"), you enter into a legally binding contract with VECTIXORE LTD ("Company", "We", "Us"). If you do not agree unconditionally to these Terms of Service, do not access or use the Services.

02. Scope of Service & Entertainment Disclaimer

DreamCipher provides artificial intelligence-assisted pattern recognition, archetypal text generation, and symbolic narrative exploration. The Service is provided strictly for entertainment, creative stimulation, and personal curiosity.

• No Medical or Therapy Services: The Services do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, clinical, or therapeutic counseling. The outputs generated by our AI personas (Analyst, Mystic, Guide) are algorithmic interpretations and must not be used as clinical diagnostic criteria.
• Personal Decision-Making: You must not base personal, financial, legal, or health decisions on interpretations provided by the application.

03. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to consent to online services, such as 16 in certain EU member states) to use DreamCipher. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms.

04. Virtual Goods, Energy & Purchases

• Virtual Licenses: All digital energy units, stamina points, or tokens (collectively, "Virtual Goods") credited, earned, or purchased in DreamCipher represent a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access specific software features.
• No Monetary Value: Virtual Goods do not constitute fiat currency, property, or stored monetary value. They cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for real-world cash or transferred outside the application ecosystem.
• Waiver of Withdrawal: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable consumer regulations, where you purchase digital items or virtual credit packs, you acknowledge that delivery commences immediately upon server fulfillment, thereby waiving applicable statutory cooling-off or withdrawal rights once credits are registered to your account.
• Inactivity Sunset: Vectixore LTD reserves the right to terminate accounts and forfeit virtual allocations if an account remains entirely inactive for twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

05. User Narrative Submissions & Conduct

You retain responsibility for narratives and statements entered into the prompt fields. You agree NOT to:

• Submit dream narratives containing child exploitation material, terrorist propaganda, threats of severe self-harm, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, probe, or extract the underlying model weights, prompts, or cascade architectures powering DreamCipher.
• Deploy automated bots, spiders, scrapers, or programmatic loops to consume server inference capacity without authorization.
• Bypass in-app reward limits, spoof advertising SDK verification callbacks, or alter client-side data stores.

06. Intellectual Property

The neural pipelines, interface designs, branding, audio assets, trademarks ("Panixircus", "DreamCipher", "Vectixore"), and software source code remain the exclusive intellectual property of VECTIXORE LTD. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and run the client software for personal, non-commercial use.

07. Third-Party Ad Networks & Platform Infrastructure

Certain versions of the Service are ad-supported or distributed via third-party application marketplaces (such as Google Play). You acknowledge that your interaction with third-party advertisers (via Yandex Mobile Ads, Unity Ads, etc.) is governed by the respective terms and privacy documentation of those third parties.

08. Warranty Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VECTIXORE LTD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ERROR-FREE CONTINUOUS SERVER AVAILABILITY.

09. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTIXORE LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES OR RELIANCE UPON ANY AI-GENERATED NARRATIVE INTERPRETATION.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales.
• Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in London, United Kingdom, in the English language.
• Class Action Waiver: PROCEEDINGS TO RESOLVE OR LITIGATE DISPUTES IN ANY FORUM MUST BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO BRING CLAIMS AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING.
